Prices and payment

The apartment prices are per apartment and day, with self-catering – excl. Local tax and tourist tax and excl. Final cleaning.

Please note: we do not accept credit cards, payment by bank transfer e-bancing or cash on site.

Once you have made a binding reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all information regarding the deposit and other information.

Please pay the balance 3 weeks before arrival by bank transfer or in cash on site.

Local tax

The local tax and tourist tax per person/day will be charged separately.

Short stay supplement

We charge a surcharge for stays of up to 3 days.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in from 3 p.m. or by arrangement (for arrivals after 6 p.m., please notify us by telephone)
Check-out until 10.00 am.

Internet access

WIFI is included in the price.

Crib

We are happy to provide a crib and high chair for our youngest guests on request – please register in advance

Cancellation conditions

Our cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the Austrian hotel regulations.

• free of charge up to 3 months before the date of arrival
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total price of the stay
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price of the stay
• 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total price of the stay

Travel cancellation insurance
